Exchanges: Tickets may be exchanged for alternate dates no later than 24 hours before a scheduled performance. Tickets purchased at the box office must be presented at the time of the exchange.

 

Cancellations: Our outdoor performances run rain or shine. In the event of rain or smoke, every effort will be made to complete the performance, including holding for a storm for a few minutes. The decision to play or cancel will be made within approximately 45 minutes following the time that the production is held for rain. If the show for which you have tickets is cancelled or not completed, you may receive a raincheck good for another performance (based on availability).

 

Refunds: Tickets are nonrefundable, with one exception: Refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date. Service fees are non-refundable.
